Operation
Practical understanding of rigging, transport, servicing and intensive commercial use of equipment.

Stage technologies · since 2019
A project company in stage technology and technical event production. Manufacturing in China, engineering expertise, hands-on operation.
The company brings together manufacturing in China, engineering expertise and hands-on experience delivering events.
G-MAR STAGE TECHNOLOGIES by MEST has been operating on the Russian market since 2019. Over this time the company has grown from building a professional technical base to delivering complete events as a general contractor.
Today the G-MAR model combines real-world operation of professional event equipment, event organisation and technical production, together with a project office and manufacturing base in China.

Practical understanding of rigging, transport, servicing and intensive commercial use of equipment.
Direct work with factories, component suppliers and technical partners in China.
A system in which the equipment fleet is used again and again and becomes a working commercial asset.
The key difference
G-MAR gives its partners not an equipment catalogue but a proven system: from building the technical base to running it commercially and growing it further.

The economics are built not around a one-off equipment sale, but around its repeated commercial use.
The same equipment fleet can be used in turn for government, municipal, corporate and commercial projects, rentals and full-scope technical contracts. Once it has paid for itself, the equipment keeps working, retains residual value and remains a commercial asset.
Benchmark payback period for individual kits under regular utilisation in Russian practice.
Repeated use of a single fleet across different contracts and event formats.
Operational and residual value retained after payback.
Our core principle: equipment should not merely meet the specification — it should create economic value throughout its entire life cycle.
G-MAR's technical requirements come from practice, not from manufacturers' brochures.
G-MAR works on city celebrations, corporate events, concerts, festivals, official ceremonies and large open-air projects. On every project in our portfolio, the company acted as the turnkey general contractor.

Government, city, corporate and festival formats.
For G-MAR, China is a working manufacturing environment — not just a place to buy equipment.

Our on-site team ties together the specification, manufacturers, components, timelines, quality control, documentation, packaging, logistics, spare parts and ongoing operation into a single system.
Defining the technical logic and the make-up of the solution for the task.
Selecting and coordinating factories, components and technical partners.
Compatibility of equipment, cabling, cases and service reserve.
Inspecting production, quality, packaging and readiness for shipment.
Specifications, packing lists and materials for the local team.
Training, service matters, fleet expansion and upgrades.
We design a solution for a specific business task instead of asking the client to pick products from a manufacturer's catalogue.
Every configuration is designed around the conditions in which the equipment will earn money.
Fleet composition, construction, spare parts and service logic are adapted to the specific market. This lowers operational risk and makes the technical base fit for regular commercial work.
For national holidays, city festivals, official ceremonies, tourism events and large public projects. Equipment is selected as a single system for the venue, audience size and the organiser's goals.
Help with technical logic, team training, service matters, building a reserve, expanding the fleet, upgrading equipment and finding solutions for new tasks.
The result is not a set of scattered items but a coherent technical system, ready to operate and to scale.
Every completed project improves the next technical solution.
Our own operating practice lets us assess structural reliability, ease of rigging, transport, service, consumables and how equipment behaves under intensive use. This information goes back to manufacturers and is built into the next projects.
Selected for real-world reliability and repairability.
Designed around rigging, transport and frequency of use.
Built around actual points of risk and wear.
Refined after every cycle of commercial operation.
Our experience in Russia has become the foundation for scaling the model to other markets.
The goal of an international project is to create a local technical company able to work independently with clients, tenders, events and commercial projects.
Local company
G-MAR / China
The outcome: the local company receives not just a set of equipment, but a ready foundation for building and growing its own events business.
The technical base grows step by step — from a universal core to specialised solutions.

Universal LED, control, cabling, rigging, cases and service reserve.
More LED area, stage lighting and additional mobile kits.
Sound, SFX, structures and solutions for larger and more complex events.
Upgrading, replacing or reselling part of the fleet while keeping assets liquid.
Expansion starts not with the largest possible kit, but with understanding demand, the client mix and the most sought-after formats in a given market.

G-MAR is not an equipment supplier in the traditional sense. The company combines hands-on event delivery, operation of a professional technical fleet and direct work with a manufacturing base in China.
We understand the entire life cycle of equipment: from specification and manufacturing to on-site rigging, commercial operation, maintenance, modernisation and fleet renewal.
G-MAR determines what equipment fleet a market needs, how to adapt it to real conditions, which projects it should serve and how to grow it as the business grows.
Our product is not the equipment itself.
Our product is a working model for using it commercially.
We don't simply offer the market equipment to buy. We build a system in which that equipment starts working as a business.
Tell us about your task — we will propose a technical solution and a model for running it commercially.
